Coasteering is one of the most powerful ways to experience nature, to dive into breathtaking landscapes and to enjoy incredibly fun experiences. Coasteering is an adventure in which we walk along the coast, we progress by swimming, we do small climbs using ropes, we slide on a zipline and experience a rappel/abseil, as well as many jumps into the water. It is an invigorating dose of adrenaline in an amazing scenery of magnificent escarpments, caves, unforgettable views and a marine landscape of the most biodiverse in Europe, on the coast of Sesimbra and Arrábida.

All participants must be able swimmers!
Mandatory: You must bring your own running footwear and an extra pair of shorts to wear over the wetsuit (to protect the wetsuit against abrasion).
We advise you to also bring sunscreen, towel and personal hygiene stuff (shampoo, shower gel, etc). In case of having long hair, bring something to hold it with. You may also bring tight gloves if you wish (optional).
