Recommended age >12

You should bring:

• comfortable and adequate footwear (we recommend running shoes with a good grip);
• outdoors clothes (we recommend trousers, as the vegetation is rather thick and aggressive);
• the location is prone to a wide range of temperatures, so we recommend several layers and  a wind-stopper;
• a small back-pack with a food supplement (ie: picnic lunch, fruit and cereal bar) and water (minimum 1 Litre);
• we recommend the use of sports gloves;
• in case of having long hair, bring something to hold it with;
• avoid wearing rings, bracelets or necklaces.
