The Quality Label was created by APECATE, in partnership with SGS, an independent entity responsible for auditing and certification, recognized nationally and internationally in the area of quality certification. The process to obtain this APECATE quality seal involved the audit of 5 key areas:
– Duties of informing the customer;
– Evaluation of service provision;
– Environmental performance;
– Safety;
– Human Resources;
… all of which were positively evaluated and rated!
